How long would it take to receive a large quantity of bows?
Each order is unique, and depending on the quantity the time necessary to complete the order differs. Generally, our timeline is 2-3 weeks.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are for store credit only.
All clearance items are final sale.
Personalized items are non-returnable.
We are aware that not every item purchased will fit and returns are sometimes needed.
Items that are eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date. The returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, have zero makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair present to be eligible.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three-day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back. Once we have received and approved your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.
